Our usual operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm by appointment only. For bookings outside our usual operating hours, please consult directly with Adrienne.
- How do I book an appointment?

You can either email us your preferred date and time via our Contact page or call Adrienne at 705.493.3262. Please leave a detailed message with your contact information, the service you are interested in and the preferred date and time for your appointment. We will respond promptly to confirm your appointment.
- Where exactly are you located? Is parking available?

We are located in North Bay, ON at 975 Algonquin Avenue. Public parking is available at the Studio.
- How much notice do you require if I need to re-schedule or cancel my appointment?

We would appreciate 24-48 hours cancellation notice on individual services. Cancellation fees may apply if less than 24 hours notice is given.
- What happens if I am late for my appointment?

Please understand that if you are late for your appointment, it may be necessary to shorten or re-schedule your service time so as not to delay service for the next client.
- How long should my hair be for waxing to be effective?

For best results, hair should be 1/8 to 1/4 inches long, depending on the thickness of the hair.
- Are gift certificates available for purchase?

Gift certificates are available and can be purchased either in person or by phone.
